On December 30, 2024, we wrapped up the year with a special session of our AIFC Masters series, focused on “The Psychology of Goal Setting.” Led by Aklima Kanzhigit, a talented Product Manager from our Product Development Department and a Certified Psychologist, the session provided valuable insights into the science of setting and achieving goals. Aklima shared practical strategies for mastering goals, empowering attendees to pursue greater success in both their professional and personal lives. It was an excellent way to close 2024 and set a strong foundation for a focused and successful 2025. Thank you to all who participated!
