In a significant step forward, the Astana International Financial Centre and the Institute for Development and Diplomacy of ADA University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This marks the beginning of a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership aimed at fostering collaboration and innovation.
On the international stage, the Government of Kazakhstan has made headlines with the successful placement of US$1.5 billion 10-year Eurobonds on both the Astana International Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. Offering a competitive coupon rate of 4.714% per annum, this issuance underscores Kazakhstan’s growing presence in global financial markets.

The AIFC and IDD of ADA University have signed a MoU
The Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) and the Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD) of ADA University have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a framework for long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation. The MoU was signed by AIFC Governor Renat Bekturov and ADA University Vice Rector Fariz Ismailzade.
The Memorandum of Understanding between the two Parties marks a critical step in bridging the gap between diplomacy and finance in today’s interconnected world. It brings new opportunities for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and strategic dialogue between key sectors.

Allocation of Ministry of Finance’ Eurobonds is completed
The Government of Kazakhstan, through the Ministry of Finance, has successfully placed its US$1.5 billion 10-year Eurobonds on Astana International Exchange (AIX) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The Eurobonds carry a competitive coupon rate of 4.714% p.a.
We are honored to support the listing of these Sovereign bonds. The strong local demand highlights the robustness of our market and sets a precedent for future corporate issuers in Kazakhstan. This issuance marks a milestone, aiding the Government’s goals of diversifying its sovereign debt structure and expanding its investor base.
