This is a truly exciting project that will preserve and showcase the history of Kazakhstan’s capital markets and the development of financial culture in our region. And you have a unique opportunity to be part of it!

We are currently searching for historical artefacts that will form the foundation of the museum’s collection. You can contribute to this legacy by helping us find the following items:

• Original share certificates of Kazakhstan’s first companies (including those issued during the 1990s privatisation period)
• Vintage bonds
• Documents relating to the registration of the first capital market participants (brokers, funds, banks)
• Early securities account statements
• IPO/SPO prospectuses
• 1990s-era shares such as Butya Capital and similar examples

Some of these may be tucked away in family archives – perhaps with your parents, grandparents, or other relatives. Donating these items is a wonderful way to preserve a piece of history and become part of the story we’re telling through the museum.
