AIFC Staff Portal
We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Staff Portal, currently available exclusively to the Authority Team.
The Staff Portal is a core component of the AIFC Authority’s strategy to centralise our IT landscape, enhance organisational efficiency, and foster employee engagement. It enables seamless collaboration, automates repetitive and paper-based tasks, and integrates workflows across departments, aligning with the best practices of modern workplaces.
Key Features Available Now:

  • Self-Service HR Tools: Submit requests for Certificates of Employment, Annual Leave, and Business Trips with just a few clicks, and track the status online.
  • Organisational Structure: Access an up-to-date directory of departments, teams, and reporting lines to navigate the organisation more effectively.
  • Streamlined Communication: Receive targeted updates, notifications, and reminders directly through the portal to stay informed and on track.

Upcoming Enhancements:

Within the next few months, we plan to roll out additional features to further automate centralised Request Management and simplify your interactions with Accounting, HR, IT, Property, General Services, Marketing, Legal Support, Procurement, and other support teams by using standardised forms and tracking requests in real-time.

With our collective efforts, we aim to release automated functionality for high-demand processes such as Payment Requests, Timesheet Submissions, SLA Requests, and more within the next two months.
By mid-year 2025, over 50% of all essential service requests are expected to be fully automated and operational.
