Successful visit of Tajikistan's Deputy Minister of Finance to the AIFC
Mr. Yusuf Majidi visited the Astana International Financial Centre. The meeting was considered a success, with Mr Majidi receiving a comprehensive overview of the Centre's key activities and initiatives.
On 13 September, Yusuf Majidi, the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Tajikistan, visited the Astana International Financial Centre. The visit was marked by detailed presentations on the Centre's various initiatives.
Mr Majidi was received and accompanied by Mr Н. Serikbay. The delegation first visited the AIFC Court and the International Arbitration Centre and received a briefing from Mr F. Nikitenko, a junior lawyer. He explained the role of the Court in resolving international disputes and the mechanisms of the Arbitration Centre for efficient dispute resolution.

Next, Mr С. Syzdykov and Mr М. M. Gijduaniev presented the AIFC Committee on Financial Services Regulation and the Green Finance Centre. They discussed the Committee's regulatory framework aimed at improving financial services and the Centre's commitment to promoting sustainable financial practices.

The visit continued with a focus on the Expat Centre, where Chief Manager D. Zhandosova provided an insight into its functions and support services for expatriates working in the region.

The event concluded with a comprehensive presentation of AIFC's overall activities by Global Partnerships Manager Т. Sembinov. The successful visit highlighted AIFC's key initiatives and strategic role in the financial sector.
