The US stock market closed lower on Tuesday.
The Dow Jones declined 0.38%, the S&P 500 slipped 0.09%, while the Nasdaq edged up 0.13%. The US 10-year Treasury yield decreased by 0.14 b.p. to 4.18%.
Gold futures eased 0.03% to $4,234.85, while Brent crude rose 0.16% to $62.04.
The KASE index fell 0.50%.
Across the S&P 500 sectors, Basic Materials led the gains, while Healthcare was among the sectors finishing in the red.
Vladimir Kim and Eduard Ogai agreed to sell Kazakhmys' new shareholder. Copper mining company Kazakhmys is preparing for a shareholder change. According to the signed document, the upcoming shareholder change will not impact production and operational processes, and contractual obligations, employee social security, and job stability will be fully maintained.
