The AIFC recently welcomed representatives of BlackRock, one of the world’s largest investment firms. During the visit, Tony Ashraf, Managing Director, Head of Technology and Operations, Middle East & Africa, and Matthew Sutton, Associate, Institutional Sales, explored the AIFC ecosystem and discussed the development of digital assets.

The discussions focused on regulatory approaches, market practices and the evolving role of digital assets within global financial systems.
