  • Assel Zhakenova
    Senior Manager (Aviation Finance Hub) of the Product Development Platform

    Assel holds an MBA from Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business 🎓 and also brings a strong technical foundation with an MSc in Petroleum Engineering (with Distinction) from HeriotWatt University and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering (with Distinction) from KazakhBritish Technical University.
    Her professional background spans multiple industries and international environments, with strong expertise in analytics, consulting, and engineering. She has developed extensive experience in business analysis through roles at VK Project LLP, Glovo Kazakhstan, and Eurasian Resources Group (ERG), working on data analytics, category management, and strategic optimization. She also worked as a Proposal Engineer at ILF Consulting Engineers. Earlier in her career, she served as a Production Technologist at KMG Karachaganak and Maersk Oil Kazakhstan, completing international assignments in Aktau, Doha, and Copenhagen 💼🌍.
    Outside of work, Assel enjoys gym workouts, singing, and dancing 💃🏋️‍♀️
    Her favorite food is manty 🥟, and she listens to pop music 🎧
    Her favorite books include “Atlas Shrugged” and all books by Dan Brown 📚✨

  • Tlek Tulkibayev
    Senior Manager of the Corporate Administration & International Relations Department

    Tlek graduated from MGIMO (Moscow State University of International Relations) with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Management 🎓
    He brings experience in client relations, international development, and partnership projects through his roles at Marshal International Logistics LLP and the Kazakhstan Agency of International Development (KazAID) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan 💼🌍
    Outside of work, Tlek enjoys playing football ⚽, appreciates Mediterranean cuisine 🍽️, and listens to pop music 🎧
    Among his favorite books are “Origin” by Dan Brown and “The Count of Monte Cristo” by Alexandre Dumas 📚✨
    His dream travel destination is South Africa 🌍☀️

  • Adelya Begbossynova
    Manager of Expat Centre



    Adelya holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT Management 🎓✨ and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Business and AI Technologies.
    She previously worked at JSC NIT National Information Technology, gaining hands-on experience in cybersecurity and operations 💼🔐
    Outside of work and studies, Adelya enjoys drawing 🎨, loves Pan-Asian cuisine 🍜, and listens to pop music 🎧

  • Kamila Zhangirkhan
    Senior Manager (Creative) of the Product Development Platform


    Kamila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Almaty Management University. Her professional background spans finance, analytics, and engineering support, with experience at KMGKumkol LLP, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”, TerraLink Technologies LLP, Eurasian Bank JSC, and OPTIMUM Design Institute LLP.
    Kamila enjoys sports and music, and her favorite cuisine is Asian food 🍜.

    She recommends reading “Martin Eden” and “Ikigai”, and her dream travel destination is the USA 🇺🇸✈️.
  • Aruzhan Kuspanova
    Reception – Commercial Leasing Manager of the Administrative Department
    Aruzhan is an alumna of Nazarbayev University, School of Sciences and Humanities, where she earned her degree in World Languages, Literature and Culture 🎓✨. She is also a graduate of the prestigious FLEX (Future Leaders Exchange) Program 🌍✨
    Throughout her studies, Aruzhan built a diverse portfolio of professional experience. She worked as a Finance Intern at Haileybury Astana School, gaining valuable exposure to financial operations, data organization, and process accuracy. She later contributed to international research efforts as a Research Assistant for the CoronaNet Project, supporting data collection and coordination on global policy responses 📊🔍. Aruzhan also served as a Secretary of the Student Fund Budget Committee at Nazarbayev University, and as an Administrative Assistant at Damu Academy 💼✨

    Outside of work, Aruzhan enjoys going to the movies 🎬🍿. Her favorite cuisine is tom yum 🍜🔥. She listens to R&B, Soul, Alternative, Indie, and Pop music 🎧🎶. Among the books she recommends are: 📚 The Book Thief by Markus Zusak, 📚 Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. Her dream travel destination is Brazil 🇧🇷☀️.

  • Kamila Mukhtarkyzy
    Reception – Commercial Leasing Manager of the Administrative Department
    Kamila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages (English and French) from the Eurasian Humanities Institute 🎓✨
    Her experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as serving as the Executive Secretary to the President of B&A Contractors SA, where she supported organizational operations and executivelevel administration 💼✨

    Outside of work, Kamila enjoys billiards and boxing 🎱🥊. Her favorite cuisine is Italian 🍝, and she loves listening to R&B music 🎧. Among the books she recommends are: 📚 Letters on the Good and the Beautiful by Dmitry Likhachev, 📚 Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
