The Participants Support and Business Relations (PSBR) Department at AIFCA consists of
three key streams, each responsible for handling specific types of requests and engaging with clients at different stages.
The first stream is the AIFC Client Office (Front Office), which provides initial consultations on registration, authorisation, and post-registration processes, as well as general information about AIFC products and the ecosystem. Clients can reach out either offline by visiting the office (Block C 4.4, 1st floor) or by sending inquiries to
client@aifc.kz.
An online appointment booking option is also available via:

Within its scope, the team provides guidance on AIFC structures, procedures, products, and services, explains available options and next steps, and directs clients to the relevant AIFC bodies or external advisors.
Please note that the AIFC Client Office does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, does not interpret legislation, and does not conduct in-depth analysis of individual cases.
The second stream is Participants Support, which focuses on working with existing AIFC participants. This team is responsible for enhancing the overall ecosystem to support business development, as well as addressing specific requests and issues that companies may face in the course of their operations.
The main goal of the team is to ensure a high-quality client experience, maintain strong participant satisfaction, and resolve issues efficiently. Existing participants can also send their requests to
client@aifc.kz, where inquiries are further routed to the relevant teams.
The third stream is Business Relations, which is responsible for attracting new participants to the AIFC. This stream focuses on international outreach, including engagement with foreign companies, primarily in the financial sector, as well as promoting the opportunities and advantages of the AIFC jurisdiction.
For potential partnerships or inquiries about entering the AIFC platform, please contact
connect@aifc.kz.
If there is any uncertainty about which stream a request should be directed to, colleagues are advised to use the general email address
client@aifc.kz, which ensures proper internal routing within the department.
