Osman Turchekenov
Senior Manager (GR) of the Legal Development and Governmental Relations Department
Osman graduated from Maqsut Narikbayev University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Law 🎓. He has gained professional experience working with several legal and consulting firms in Astana, including OD Consulting Ltd., Kazenergoexpertiza LLP, where he was involved in legal advisory and support across different projects.
Outside of work, Osman enjoys Lego collecting, nature walks, tennis, and board games 🧩🌿🎾🎲. His favorite cuisine is Asian, and he especially enjoys apple strudel 🍜🥟🍰. He listens mostly to rock and pop music 🎧🎸.
Osman recommends reading “Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow” by Yuval Noah Harari and “The 48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene 📚. His favorite travel destinations include Japan (again!) and China.
His favorite quote is: “Hope, in reality, is the worst of all evils because it prolongs the torments of man.” — Friedrich Nietzsche.
