Where Learning turns into Community
Last Friday, AIFC Academy held the Alumni Club - and it turned out to be much more than just a gathering.
At some point, you realize it’s no longer just about education.
It’s about people. About connections. About a community you actually want to be part of.
We brought together our alumni and those who are just getting to know the Academy and the atmosphere felt genuinely open and engaging. There were mentoring sessions across key areas: law, AI, HR, and compliance, where participants discussed real cases, asked questions, and shared their experiences. The networking wasn’t just a formality either, it was the kind where you leave with meaningful connections and a desire to stay in touch. We also had a prize draw and a TEDx-style talk from an inspiring speaker, which made the event both insightful and energizing.
And this is just the beginning.
We have already launched a bonus system for our alumni - a way to support and reward those who stay engaged and continue to be part of the community. Accumulated bonuses can be used to cover up to 50% of the cost of AIFC Academy programs, with 1 bonus equal to 1,000 KZT.
What matters most is that bonuses are earned through real contributions to the community. You can receive 30 bonuses for speaking at our events or delivering a masterclass or workshop.
A successful referral to an AIFC Academy program brings 25 bonuses.
Joint educational projects also earn 25 bonuses.
Completing an AIFC Academy program with certification gives you 10 bonuses.
And contributing to the Academy’s activities is rewarded with 10 bonuses as well.
For us, it’s important that learning doesn’t end with the final module.
In fact, that’s where the most exciting part begins - new connections, ideas, projects, and growth.
