Participants of Nazarbayev University’s Women’s Leadership Development Programme Visited AIFC Academy
Last week, AIFC Academy welcomed participants of the Women’s Leadership Development Programme (WLDP), an initiative of Nazarbayev University aimed at developing women leaders across higher education, public institutions, and business in Kazakhstan.

The visit began with an introductory tour of the AIFC, where participants learned about the Centre’s ecosystem, its key institutions, and its role in supporting financial services, entrepreneurship, innovation, and human capital development.

As part of the visit, participants were introduced to the role of AIFC Academy as the educational arm of the AIFC ecosystem. The Academy delivers professional development and executive education programmes in finance, law, compliance, leadership, and emerging technologies, contributing to the development of highly skilled professionals in Kazakhstan and the wider region.

The programme featured a session led by Olga Baspayeva, CEO of AIFC Academy, who shared insights on leadership, career growth, and lifelong learning. The discussion highlighted the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and strategic thinking in today’s rapidly evolving professional environment.

The visit provided participants with an opportunity to gain practical insights into the AIFC ecosystem and engage in meaningful discussions on leadership, career development, and strategic decision-making. The session reflected AIFC Academy’s ongoing commitment to knowledge sharing, leadership development, and strengthening connections between education and industry.
