  • Gulnur Serikbayeva
    Senior Manager of the Accounting, Tax & Treasury Department
    Gulnur holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. She further expanded her expertise by obtaining a Bachelor of Law (Jurisprudence)
    Prior to joining AIFC Authority, Gulnur worked at Bektibaeva Group LTD and at MAEK-Kazatomprom LLP, where she gained valuable experience in financial reporting, taxation, treasury support, banking operations, and regulatory coordination πŸ’Ό

    Outside of work, Gulnur enjoys swimming, sports, and continuously learning new things πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ She is a fan of Eastern cuisine 🍜 and enjoys listening to classical crossover music 🎢

  • Madina Urazgaliyeva
    Senior Manager of the Administrative Department – General & Travel Coordination
    Madina holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from EΓΆtvΓΆs LorΓ‘nd University (ELTE), Budapest, Hungary πŸŽ“ Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Oriental Studies from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
    Prior to joining AIFC Authority, Madina gained valuable international experience in Hungary. She worked at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), at ExxonMobil, and most recently at NIX Tech. Through these roles, she developed expertise in travel coordination, administrative operations, employee services, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement πŸ’Ό

    Outside of work, Madina enjoys archery 🏹 and spending time outdoors on picnics 🌳. She is a fan of Korean and Italian cuisine 🍜🍝 and enjoys listening to alternative and indie rock music 🎢

  • Gulsat Kamesheva
    Director of the Legal Support Department

    Gulsat brings extensive legal expertise and will be covering the role during the maternity leave period, ensuring continuity of leadership and support for the department.
    Gulsat graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Sh. Yessenov Aktau State University and later earned a degree with honors in Finance & Credit from E. Buketov Karaganda State University. She further enhanced her academic background with a Master of Law from Mangistau Humanitarian-Technical University and completed international studies at the School of American Law, Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (USA). πŸŽ“
    Prior to joining us, Gulsat built an outstanding legal career with over 20 years of experience across leading international and national companies in the oil and gas sector. She most recently served as Head of Legal Support Division / Legal Manager at LUKOIL Kazakhstan Upstream LLP and LUKOIL Overseas Karachaganak B.V. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Total E&P Dunga as Head of Legal & JV / Compliance Officer, as well as senior legal positions at OMV Petrom, Maersk Oil Kazakhstan, and Arman JV LLP (Shell & LUKOIL) πŸ’Ό
    In addition to her professional accomplishments, Gulsat is actively recognized in the industry. She is a member of several professional legal associations, an AIFC-registered legal advisor, and was recognized among the Top 30 Women Leaders in the Oil & Gas Industry by Petrocouncil in 2022. 🌟
    Outside of work, Gulsat enjoys cooking, furniture redesign, and running πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ. She is a fan of jazz music 🎷 and appreciates Italian and Pan-Asian cuisine 🍝🍣.
