  • Amir Mutali
    Senior Manager of the Marketing Department

    Amir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics 🎓. Throughout his professional journey, he has gained valuable experience in marketing, product management, and business development. Before joining AIFC Authority, Amir worked at Samsung, Nestlé, and Danone, where he developed strong skills in marketing, strategic planning, business development, and product management.
    Outside of work, Amir enjoys hiking. He is a fan of fast food 🍔 and enjoys listening to all types of music 🎶.

  • Daiana Maratova
    Manager of the Administrative Department

    Daiana holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Maqsut Narikbayev University🎓. During her professional journey, she has gained valuable experience in administrative support, document management, international cooperation, and translation. She previously interned at the AIFC Expat Centre and Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 🌟.
    Daiana is fluent in working with English, Russian, and Kazakh, and has developed strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills through her academic and professional experience.
    She is a fan of sweets 🍰 and enjoys listening to J-pop and J-rock 🎶.

  • Nazerke Karimbay
    Manager of Expat Centre

    Nazerke brings a unique international background and extensive experience in aviation, customer service, and cross-cultural communication. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language from Shenyang Normal University (China) 🎓🇨🇳 and a Master's degree in Foreign Philology from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University 🎓.
    Throughout her career, Nazerke has worked with Emirates Airlines (UAE), Air Astana, and the Chinese Visa Center 🇨🇳, gaining valuable experience in customer relations, operations, and international mobility services. She is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, Chinese, and English, holds HSK and HSKK Chinese language certifications, and has a published SCOPUS-indexed research article 📚
