We are pleased to share another update and introduce the newcomers who have recently joined the AIFC Authority.

  • Togzhan Yeskara
    Manager of the Legal Development and Government Relations Department

    Togzhan holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Maqsut Narikbayev University (MNU) Law School 🎓. During her academic journey, she also completed professional certifications in AML/CFT Compliance, Copyright and Related Rights, and Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications through the WIPO Academy. She was also an invited participant at the OSCE Central Asian Forum on Combating Human Trafficking in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

    Throughout her professional journey, Togzhan has gained valuable experience in the legal field. She previously worked at a OD Law LLP and a KPMG Tax and Advisory LLP, developing strong legal, analytical, and professional skills ⚖️✨.

    Outside of work, Togzhan enjoys reading books and fitness . She is a fan of pasta and enjoys listening to all kinds of music🎶.

  • Tolkymbek Daniyar
    Manager of the Participants Support & Business Relations Department

    Daniyar holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom 🎓. His academic background in business management has provided him with a strong foundation in business, communication, and relationship management.
    Outside of work, Daniyar enjoys football ⚽ and padel 🏸.

  • Aidar Kanatov
    Senior Manager of the Project Management & Software Development

    Aidar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Nazarbayev University, School of Engineering and Digital Sciences 🎓. Throughout his professional journey, he has built strong expertise in software development, specializing in Java and backend development. Before joining AIFC Authority, Aidar worked at Salsify, Signifyd, and Neobank, gaining extensive experience in software engineering and technology.
    Outside of work, Aidar enjoys programming 💻. His interests in music and food depend on his mood, and he enjoys exploring different options.
