Dear colleagues,

On 11 November, the branch of Bank CenterCredit JSC, an AIFC Participant, will organise a Blood Donation Day in support of Financial Worker’s Day, with the support of the AIFC.

Sometimes, the opportunity to help someone is closer than we think. Donating blood is one way to support those who need it.

We invite our colleagues, AIFC Participants and partners to take part in this initiative.

📅 Date: Wednesday, 11 November

🕘 Time: 09:00–13:00

📍 Venue: AIFC, Block 4.3, Istanbul Hall, 1st floor (near the entrance)

🪪 What should you bring?

A valid identity document: either your original passport or its electronic version in the app.

🍵 How to prepare for blood donation

The day before: A light dinner is recommended. Please avoid fatty, fried and spicy foods, dairy products and alcohol.

On the day of donation: Make sure to have breakfast. Tea, plain unsweetened biscuits and porridge cooked with water are recommended.

It is also important to get a good night’s sleep, avoid smoking for one hour before and after donating blood, and refrain from strenuous physical activity on the day of the procedure.
