A listing ceremony was held for Jiaxin International Resources Investment Limited, a mining company that has simultaneously launched its IPO on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and the Astana International Exchange.

The company is developing the Boguty tungsten deposit in the Almaty Region through its subsidiary, Zhetysu Wolfram LLP. This deposit ranks among the world’s largest in terms of tungsten oxide reserves, with 107.5 million tonnes of ore.
AIFC Markets, a subsidiary of the AIFC Authority, together with the Office of the Investment Tax Residency Programme, announces the signing of an agency agreement with Amicorp Kazakhstan Limited.

Since its launch in September 2023, the Programme has shown steady growth, attracting international investors through transparent residency requirements and a favourable tax regime.

The agreement aims to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of services for international investors considering Kazakhstan as a long-term residence and investment jurisdiction.

Under this partnership, Amicorp will serve as an authorised service provider, offering support to applicants under the Programme. This cooperation will contribute to strengthening Kazakhstan’s investment climate and further solidify the AIFC’s position as the leading financial centre in the region.
During the AFD2025 session “Developing Local ETFs in Kazakhstan: Opportunities for Market Expansion”, an announcement was made regarding the listing of the world’s first spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) fully dedicated to the digital asset Solana (SOL), featuring staking functionality – Fonte Solana Exchange Traded Fund OEIC Plc.

The fund enables investors to gain exposure to Solana without the need to directly acquire, store, or manage the digital asset.
