On 31 October, the AIFC Authority held its first-ever Shai-pie — an informal gathering that brought together colleagues from across the organisation for an open and friendly dialogue with the CEO Bakhtiyar Tleubekov. The event took place in the welcoming setting of the AIX Trading Hall and marked the launch of a new corporate tradition aimed at fostering open communication and team spirit.

The Shai-pie concept encourages employees to share ideas, ask questions, and engage in meaningful discussions in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. The programme featured a Late Tea Show, an open conversation with the CEO in a light and interactive format, followed by Tea & Talk, where team members continued discussions over tea and refreshments.

Participants highlighted the event’s friendly and inspiring tone, noting that it provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen interdepartmental connections, and learn more about the company’s strategic direction in an open setting.
